At-Will Powers:
Ardent Strike Melee Weapon - One Creature - Standard Action - 12 vs AC - Add STR OR CHA to hit and damage - On Hit deal 1[W] + Str OR Cha damage and the target is subject to my divine sanction until EONT.
Gaze of Defiance Ranged 5 - One Creature - Standard Action - 7 vs will - Hit: 1d8 + 2 (Wis Mod) psychic damage, and my allies gain a +1 power bonus to attack rolls against the target until EONT. If the target attacks me before EONT, the bonus increases to +3.
Divine Sanction Until the Mark ends, the first attack the target makes that isn't against me forces them to take damage equal to my Cha (+4) + 3 (7 total).
Encounter Powers:
Second Wind [] Spend a healing surge to gain 11 HP and +2 to all defenses until SONT.
Guardian's Counter [] Trigger: An Ally within 2 squares of me is hit by an attack and I'm not included in the attack. Effect: The Ally and I shift up to 2 squares as a free action, swapping positions. I become the target of the triggering attack, in place of the ally. After the attack is resolved, I can make a basic attack against the attacker.
Dragon Breath [] Close Blast 3 - All Creatures in Area - Minor Action - 8 vs Reflex - 1d6+0 Fire Damage.
Healing Word [] Close Burst 5 - Me or One Ally in the Burst - Minor Action - Let target ally (or myself) spend a healing surge and gain 1d6 additional hit points.
Valorous Smite [][] Melee Weapon - One Creature - Standard Action - 12 vs Attack - 2[W] +4 (Cha Mod) damage. Each enemy within 3 squares of me is subject to my divine sanction until EONT.
Hammering Wind [_] Melee Weapon - One Enemy - Standard Action - 10 vs AC - 1[W] + 2 (Wis Mod) thunder damage and I can push the target 1 square and knock it prone. Effect: I slide each ally within 3 squares of me up to 2 squares.
Daily Powers:
Blood of the Mighty [] Melee Weapon - One Creature - Standard Action - 12 vs AC - 4[W] + 4 (Str Mod) damage. Effect: I take 5 damage which cannot be reduced in any way.
Augment of War [] Melee touch - One Ally's Weapon - Minor Action - Effect: Until EOTE all attacks made with this weapon deal extra damage equal to my Str Mod (+4). When the weapon hits an enemy, that enemy grants CA until SONT (Wielder's).
Shield of Faith [_] Close Burst 5 - Myself and Each Ally in Burst - Minor Action - Efffect: Each target gains a +2 Power Bonus to AC until EOTE.
Class Features
Battle Cleric's Lore: I gain a +2 Shield bonus to AC, and I have proficiency with Scale Armor. In addition, whenever I use a cleric healing power to allow a target to spend a healing surge, that target gains a +2 bonus to attack rolls until EONT.
Healing Word: Once per encounter, may use the Healing Word power.
Dark Menace: When I have CA against a target, I deal bonus damage equal to my charisma mod (+4).
Dread Smite: I chose not to take Dread Smite.
Blackguard Will: Gain a +1 bonus to Will defense bonus.
Spirit of Vice: Vice of Fury - Gain the Gaze of Defiance power. In addition, when I have CA against an enemy, I gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls. This bonus increases to a +4 while I am bloodied or I am adjacent to a bloodied creature.
Paladin Armor Proficiency: I gain proficiency with leather armor, hide armor, chain mail, scale armor, plate armor, light shields, and heavy shields.
Racial Features
Dragonborn Fury: +1 to attacks while bloodied.
Draconic Heritage: Add CON mod (+0) to healing surge value.
Dragon Breath: I have the Dragon Breath Power.
Dragon Breath Strength: Use STR for dragon breath.
Dragon Breath Fire: Dragon breath deals fire damage.
Theme Features
Level 1 Guardian Feature: I gain the Guardian's Counter power.
Level 5 Guardian Feature: I gain a
+2 power bonus to Insight checks and Perception checks.
Feat(ures)
Hybrid Talent: Gain the Paladin Armor Training feature.
Weapon Proficiency (Fullblade): Gain Proficiency with the Fullblade.
Cunning Stalker: Gain CA against isolated enemies.
Mighty Crusader Expertise: I gain a +1 feat bonus to weapon attack rolls I make with a two-handed melee weapon, and to implement attack rolls I make with a holy symbol.
Item Features
Challenge-Seeking: I deal 1d6 extra damage when I hit enemies that are at maximum hit points with this weapon.
Dwarven Armor +1: Free Action. Regain hit points as if I had spent a healing surge.
Gauntlets of Blood: I gain a +2 to damage rolls against bloodied targets.
Amulet of Physical Resolve: Gain a +2 item bonus to saving throws against effects with the poison keyword and effects that render me weakened, slowed, or immobilized.
Acrobat Boots (Heroic Tier): Gain a +1 item bonus to Acrobatics checks. As a Minor Action, can stand up from prone.
