Valcus Torinn I

Valcus Torinn I, or Valcus I, was a renowned ruler of the Kingdom of Tulrisse at the beginning of the Fourth Era. Initially serving as a soldier and during the Imardanian Invasion of Tulrisse, Valcus I eventually overcame difficult odds and helped band the entire region together.
